Free KPI generator for your client's business
Pick the industry, size, revenue and the goal that matters most. Get up to twelve KPIs grounded in the Valuation First method, each with a target, a review cadence and why it matters, ready for you to edit.
Free. Nothing goes to your client until you send it.
Grouped into three to five areas, such as Financial and Customers. Each one comes with a target and how often to review it.
Every KPI says why it matters to company value, from the Valuation First method, so you can explain it to your client.
Copy it or download it as a CSV, in English or Spanish, and run it in whatever system your client already uses.
Two small businesses, two scorecards with almost nothing in common. This is the range problem every coach has, and what the generator drafts for you.

It's a draft. Coaches typically keep most of it, rename some measurables and cut the ones that don't fit the trade. That ten minutes of judgment is the point.
Track a few numbers that drive company value, such as revenue growth, gross margin, cash cycle, customer retention and revenue per employee, plus the measurables that matter in that industry. A contractor watches callbacks and first-time fixes; an agency watches utilization and scope creep.
Five to ten is a workable range: a handful of KPIs for company value plus a few measurables for the industry. With more than that, weekly meetings turn into reporting sessions instead of decisions.
A KPI shows whether the business is healthy and growing in value, such as gross margin. A measurable is a weekly activity number that moves a KPI, such as first-time fix rate. Good scorecards pair each KPI with the measurables that drive it.
